REFILL PROGRAM

 

• A sustainable refill program.​

• With your candle purchased from Valoa & Co. we will refill your vessel for 15% off of the original tagged purchase price.

​​

• The fragrance you choose will depend on what is currently in stock.

• When you contact Valoa & Co. we will schedule a time to meet you at Serendipity Boutique Marketplace to pick up your empty vessel.

​

• If you live within 10 miles of Serendipity Boutique Marketplace, we will deliver your refill to your door free of charge.

​

• If you live outside of the 10 mile radius, we will schedule a time to meet for a pick up at Serendipity Boutique Marketplace.

 

 

• When Valoa & Co. receives the vessel to be refilled, the turnaround time will take approximately two weeks from the Saturday of the week it was picked up.

 

• This timeline will allow for enough production time and curing time for the candle.
